The new arrangement is turning the entire windscreen replacement and repair industry on its head by changing how insurers and drivers access the kind of high-quality, convenient service they need.
Just over one month in, Optic-Kleer franchisees have already seen a huge uplift in both the number of jobs booked, and in their invoice amounts, but they’re still only just scratching the surface of what is possible. Here are some of their initial thoughts:
